DOCK TO DOCK DELIVERY ISSUES
If you have signed up for the E-Newsletter and are having trouble receiving it, there may be a problem. Here are some of the problems we've identified, and possible ways to resolve them:
1.When you subscribed, you might have mis-typed your email address. To fix this, just re-subscribe. Remember, computers are insanely literate, any typos you make are faithfully used in the distribution list. Unless your email address is 100% accurate, it won't get to you.
2.Your Internet Service Provider
(ISP) or office network administrator may have
instituted 'spam control' measures. Spam (unsolicited
and/or junk email) is a rampant problem these
days, and everyone is trying to stop it--except
the spammers. Your E-mail newsletter may be blocked
or diverted to a 'junk mail folder', since there
is no such thing as perfect spam control. You
should contact your ISP or office network administrator
to see if this is the case, and to get your mail
service to exempt all email from newsletter@shipnorthamerica.com
from the spam control measures, so that it can
be delivered to your inbox. Unfortunately, we
cannot control the ISPs nor your office network
administrators.
